By accessing or using 204film.com (the “Site”) or any service offered by 204 Productions LLC (“204 Film,” “we,” “us”), including the Visibility Score™ diagnostic, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these terms.

The Site provides information about 204 Film’s media and content services and offers the Visibility Score™ diagnostic, an informational self-assessment that produces a score and recommendations based on your inputs.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, video, code, design, layout, branding, the “Visibility Score™” name and methodology, the “Content To Client™” framework, the assessment questions, the scoring logic, and the recommended-content catalog — is the exclusive property of 204 Productions LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site and complete the assessment for your own personal or internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Site or the assessment without our prior written consent.

When you submit information through the Site (including assessment answers and contact details) you grant 204 Film a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information to deliver the service, contact you, and improve our offering, subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent the information you provide is accurate.

• Copying or republishing the assessment, scoring, or methodology.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of the Site.
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to derive the source of any feature.
• Using the Site to violate any law or another party’s rights.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Site.

The Site and the Visibility Score™ are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The assessment is for informational purposes only. Your score, recommendations, and any related materials do not guarantee any specific business outcome, lead volume, revenue, or result. Past results of other clients are not a guarantee of future results for you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 204 Productions LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the Site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 204 Productions LLC from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
