• Assessment responses. Answers you provide to the Visibility Score™ diagnostic, including non-scored business intelligence questions (industry, company size, goals, perceived challenge).
• Lead information. Name, work email, company, and phone number submitted on the Visibility Score™ results form.
• Scheduling data. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the information you submit through their widget.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

• To calculate and deliver your Visibility Score™ results.
• To send your results and follow-up communications you have requested.
• To contact you by email or phone about a strategy call, proposal, or engagement.
• To operate, secure, and improve our services.

Submissions are stored in our encrypted database hosted on our backend infrastructure provider. A copy of your most recent results is also stored in your browser’s local storage on the device you used so you can revisit the results page. We retain lead and assessment data for up to 36 months from your last interaction, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service:

• Backend hosting and database provider.
• Transactional email delivery provider (to send your results and our internal notification).
• Third-party scheduling provider, if you choose to book a call.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently run any analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@204film.com. You may opt out of marketing communications by replying “unsubscribe” or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

This site is intended for users 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
